1. Returns

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions

1.3 Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at info@internationalbhavah.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions, including the return shipping address.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Eligibility
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items must meet the following conditions for a refund:

  • The product must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

2.2 Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

2.3 Shipping Fees
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the product was defective or the return is due to our error, we will refund the original shipping cost.

3. Exchanges

3.1 Exchange Eligibility
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3.2 Exchange Process
To arrange an exchange, email us at info@internationalbhavah.com with your order details and the product you wish to exchange. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our part.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@internationalbhavah.com or calling us at +91 88267 08389. Once your order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.
